Our COVID-19 Prevention Policy

Because we are a small business, operating from home we have set into place a policy that protects us, you, and our products from the threat of COVID-19. We ensure the following to make sure that we do not in any way facilitate the spread of COVID: 

1. All manufacturing is done in an enclosed space, that is only operated by the same necessary people every time. 

2. The use of personal protective equipment is set into place to ensure all processes are free from any form of contamination.  

3. We DO NOT and WILL NOT operate (selling and/or manufacturing) whilst we have ANY symptom of COVID and will ensure that every time we do we are in full health and have not been exposed. 

4. We will operate our pickups and deliveries under the guidelines for all businesses in regard to COVID at the time. Where possible we can ensure the process is as contactless as possible, and wear masks as and when required by NSW Health and our Government. 

5. At markets or other face-to-face sales we ensure we will always adhere to all the current requirements of the NSW health department and our government we will always have hand sanitiser present for all customers (and ourselves) as required.
